This 50-55 minute yoga session is designed to assist in building a strong yoga foundation. In this class we will learn basic breathwork, warm up our spines, perform standing and seated poses, and complete our practice with a brief meditation. This class is suitable for anyone looking to reduce stress and improve flexibility, while enjoying a beautiful morning in nature! Created for everyone who is interested in practicing the fundamentals of yoga, beginners are most welcome! *No experience is required. Please BYO mat and water!
